1) Be respectful. If it would be embarrassing to say to your grandparents, perhaps think twice.

2) Be constructive. Lets build, not denigrate. Cybersecurity, IT, and so many jobs that we all do are difficult, so lets make each other better.

3) Have a sense of humor. This does not mean that insults or derogatory language is tolerated. However, we are adults here. Please do not assume the worst intentions of someone or something immediately. Often words or ideas, “Do Not Land”, and maintaining grace and civility is what makes us such a wonderful community.
